How the process works

Seven steps, from first conversation to departure.

  1. Talk to us

Share your marks, interests, budget and plans in a consultation with our counsellor. Parents are welcome.

  2. Profile evaluation

We assess your academic background, English level, gaps and finances to see which options are realistic.

  3. Country and course shortlist

We compare destinations and programs side by side, so you choose with full information.

  4. Applications, SOP and LOR

We prepare and submit applications with you and help you write a strong SOP and brief your referees.

  5. Offer and finances

We help you compare offers, accept the right one and organise your funds and documents.

  6. Visa

We take you through the visa checklist, review your documents and prepare you for any interview.

  7. Pre-departure

We brief you and your family on travel, accommodation and your first weeks abroad.

What we will and won't do

We will give you accurate information, explain every requirement and fee upfront, and recommend options that fit your profile, even when that means advising against a popular destination.

We won't promise guaranteed admission or a guaranteed visa, because those decisions belong to universities and governments. We won't push you towards a destination for any reason other than your own goals.

Not sure where to start?

Tell us your marks, interests and budget. We'll give you honest options, including the ones we wouldn't recommend and why.
